These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "your"), and WPCloud VPS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the WPCloud VPS website and our managed WordPress VPS hosting services (the "Service").

By accessing and using WPCloud VPS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

WPCloud VPS provides managed WordPress hosting services using NVMe VPS infrastructure. Our services include:

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of WPCloud VPS, you agree to:

• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

• Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Bulk unsolicited email (SPAM)
• DDoS attacks or network abuse

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms are as follows:

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• •Your server will be scheduled for deletion 30 days after cancellation
• •No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• •We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPCloud VPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Data Backup and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data and content. While we provide managed WordPress hosting, we strongly recommend:

• Maintaining regular backups of your website and database
• Using WordPress backup plugins for automated backups
• Keeping your WordPress core, themes, and plugins updated
• Implementing security best practices

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of WPCloud VPS (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by WPCloud VPS and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us the right to host, process, and maintain your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
